Students will be invited to explore their own ways of remembering information during revision, as well as setting timetables for themselves.
Students will be equipped with practical skills for exam situations as well as further clarification of technical terms used in papers (subject-specific).
The session will include mindfulness and breathing techniques, as well as others for memory and stress-relief.

Explore revision and memorisation techniques, develop practical exam skills, and practise mindfulness and breathing techniques to help deal with exam stress.
By the end of the workshop, students will:
