IMMERSIVE DOME PROJECTION SOLUTIONS

Newtonian Spherical Mirror

Like the Newtonian telescope, the Newtonian projection device uses two first-surface mirrors: a curved mirror and a flat mirror. In the Newtonian projection system, the curved mirror is convex and displays the image from a projector over a dome. (The primary mirror of a Newtonian telescope in concave and designed to gather light and focus it onto an eyepiece).

In both the Newtonian projector system and the Newtonian telescope, the flat mirror transfers the image to the mirror in the projector and to the eyepiece in the telescope.

OPEN AIR / EYE DOME

Introducing our ‘exhibition style’ dome from Immersive Experiences!

We are now pleased to offer the Eye-Dome: the Inflatable Negative Pressure Dome designed for trade shows and exhibitions where an immersive experience is desired but space is limited.

This has the advantage of inflating and setting up in only a few minutes and has the immersive impact of a standard inflatable dome. The Eye-Dome Negative Pressure Display Dome is extremely attractive, allowing passers-by to be drawn in quickly and easily. The Eye Dome is a perfect trade show display that will set you apart from the others!

In addition, the Eye-Dome is the perfect dome for production testing and viewing of fulldome content without having to invest in a costly dome structure that permanently takes up valuable space. The Eye-Dome can be inflated and used on an as-needed basis and has been particularly popular during national and international pandemics, such as Covid-19, where social distancing is required.
