What is science for? Why do we need it and why should we trust scientists?
This workshop uses good fun practicals to explore the idea that how we do science is what gives what we discover validity. An important lesson but not lacking the fun stuff!
An introduction to the scientific method, explaining how science works and how scientists work.
By the end of the workshop, students will:
- Gain an understanding of how the scientific method works.
- Understand what science is for and why we should trust scientists’ results.
