We're back, bigger and better!
After the immense sucess of New Scientist Live 2017, which saw over 30,000 visitors attend including over 7,000 through our stand; we've decided to showcase the worlds largest mobile planetarium. Fully integrated with 360° 3D VR technology, and over 100 experiences.
New Scientist Live 2018, will not only see our stunning new planetarium, but also our incredibly educational and entertaining VR headsets; which include all our amazing experiences brought you in 360°, 2D, 3D and Fulldome. Alongside these new technologies will be our internationally acclaimed telescopes, meteorites and space food for everyone to enjoy.

Immersive Dome Experiences Ltd signs agreement to partner and project manage the Xuyi Astronomical Town, China
A town in eastern China announced plans to transform itself into the world's best astronomy-themed tourist site, as local government officials/representatives signed a deal with global organisations for its construction and development.
The local government has partnered with Immersive Dome Experiences Ltd UK, an international and multifaceted planetarium firm alongside supporting brand, the International Planetarium Society Inc to advance the project.
According to pictures provided by the site planners, "Xuyi IPS Starry Town" will have a 70-metre ring-shaped complex building called "The Sky Eye", and a tourist area with traditional Chinese architecture.

During the signing ceremony, the planners stated that Xuyi Starry Town will become the best tourist site for global astronomy fans.
The initial investment is two billion yuan (more than 310 million US dollars), which will be used to build a site that can provide astronomy tours and education for 2.5 million tourists every year with at least 1 million students expected every year.
The construction of Xuyi Starry Town is planned to start later this year and to be completed by 2020.

New partnership with Thinktank Planetarium, Birmingham, UK
Established in 2005, Thinktank planetarium has seen over 1.1 million visitors from across the UK and world-wide, as is part of the UK's largest body of museums, known as Birmingham Museums Trust.
Immersive Experiences, the UK's highly acclaimed international planetarium firm, is currently working alongside this museum based planetarium to screen new fresh content, such as 'Arrows of Time - a Tribute to Dr Who' and is very much looking forward to bringing in new audiences and customers to the region and museum/planetarium
Immersive Experiences is set to have another record breaking year with over 200,000 audience engagements within 12 months

Kings Affair May Ball at Kings College Chapel Cambridge to see a night of psychedelic wonder
Immersive Experiences, will be delivering a night a musical spheres inside our pyschedelic cambridge planetarium dome.
Join us on Wednesday the 20th of June on the grounds of our iconic college for one last night in paradise. Brave the infernal depths of the ‘sweaty techno hellhole’ that is the Bunker (TCS, 2017) and lounge in beatific bliss in the empyrean acoustics of the Chapel. Expect a range of stellar acts and entertainments across our many stages, with something to suit any taste - and plenty to taste amongst our array of divine libations.
It’s a May Week event like no other: ditch the formal dress, grab the glue gun and sequins, and join 1,500 other guests partying in cosmic harmony to the Music of the Spheres...

BIG BANG West Midlands comes to Staffordshire University
We are sad to say goodbye to Coventry and the RICOH arena which has hosted the event for the last 5 years but we are exctied about the new partnership with Staffordshire University and the opportunities for a fresh approach that the new area provides.
The Big Bang West Midlands will host all of the wonderful STEM exhibitors, workshops and shows that characterised the event over the last few years, it will just reflect a slightly different Geographical area of the West Midlands.
As one of the longest standing supporters of The Big Bang Fairs, Immersive Experiences will showcase another two of its mobile planetariums, integrating some of our latest VR shows and STEM themed programs
Hyderi Islamic School adds a new dimension to their program
In conjunction with Norbury manor business and enterprise school Immersive Experiences is bringing an authentic show to the students, delivering our highly acclaimed Islamic Astronomy program. Delivered by a UK Astronomy with an Islamic heritage; students will receive an insight into their ancestory, with talks on the contributions to the fields of astronomy from the middle east.
Big Bang Fair NEC features the worlds largest mobile planetarium
Prepare yourselves for our biggest Big Bang Fair yet, with a trio of domes, including the stunning new 10m mobile planetarium. Featuring clips from Tim Peaks recent visit to the International Space Station (ISS), students will engage up close and personal with astronauts and scientists who make the impossible happen.
Over 11,000 student STEM engagements through our stand, making us one of the most sucessful exhibitors for this show
